As a certified kettlebell coach with over a decade of experience in both 1:1 coaching and group training, I believe kettlebell training is for everyone. My approach emphasizes proper technique, ensuring safety, function, and effectiveness. My concept, “Treenimetodi” (a Finnish word for training methodology), focuses on strict pull and push movements, as well as compound movements with swing elements to build strength and endurance. Fitness doesn’t have to be a grind—let’s enjoy the journey as we build strength, endurance, and confidence with kettlebells.
